As a yoga teacher, conscious relationship coach and mother, I provide a unique mix of physical, emotional and spiritual guidance to help you cultivate intimacy and trust in your relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.
My philosophy
My vision for a more beautiful world is one where the next generation is raised by families who connect authentically and relate consciously with one another. It is my mission to empower sacred unions in a world where relationships are easily broken. I support the process of stripping away protective armor to make space for vulnerability in intimate relationships as a portal to deeper healing, higher ecstasy and greater awakening.
As a somatic coach, I use the VITA™ (Vital Integrated and Tantric Approach) method to elevate relationships in becoming more conscious using the wisdom of ancient traditions blended with modern neurobiology and holistic healing.

Deep Dive session $425
One 3 hour session
I’ll guide you through embodiment practices for liberation and transformation. You’ll both have the opportunity to drop deep into your subconscious to uncover patterns that are eroding the relationship. You’ll access your inner child’s core wounds and needs and be witnessed and supported by your partner. After this session, when one of you is triggered, you’ll be able to see the scared/hurt inner child and interact with more compassion. You’ll receive notes from the session to reference and deepen your integration.
One Month Foundational Relationship $1500
Three 75 minute sessions + one deep dive + additional support
Create a solid foundation of appreciation through rituals and regular practices.
